Shipping, Return Policy and other FAQ's
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however there are a few exceptions. If you feel there is an error with your order please message me through Facebook or email me directly at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your fabric. Any altered or washed fabric cannot be exchanged or returned.
Standard processing time around is 3-7 business days and 10-15 business days during heavy volume days but please follow updates in the group regarding all shipping delays. If you need your order sooner please message me to inquire about rush orders. (Fee will apply)
If the package has been lost or damaged during the mailing process please file a claim as soon as possible through the shipping company, most packages are shipped through USPS Priority shipping service and include shipping insurance. Please understand that once the package has been shipped, tracking has been updated and is in transit, I no longer have control over the package and any claims should be handled directly with shipping company. We do want you to have a great shopping experience with us and we'd be happy to help with anything you need to recover your packages!
